TMM - Nino faceclaim meme

remember all those times i said nino didn't have a faceclaim? LIES. he's had one in the form of benthe de vries, although very loose, for many years.
i searched all over the internet for a face that at least vaguely resonated with the nino i had in mind - looked for both cis and trans men and women and when i finally found benthe looking for more androgynous features i knew it was as close i was ever going to get, considering he's from a fantasy race and also obviously pre-t due to the setting. so! i tend not to use benthe's face when drawing nino, but her most androgynous pics are a good reference in times of doubt :'3
