Cilnia is a smart cookie who received a very good education and took advantage of it, benefitting from her masters' dealings with art dealers from all over Thedas :3
King's tongue: with Tevene, the language spoken at the Nicasius' estate. When she was a slave she only knew how to speak it, but after the masters took her under their wing she had the chance to study it in depth. She has a strong, very obvious Tevene accent when she speaks it.
Ancient Tevene: although there aren't many chances to speak it, it's one of the three languages that Cilnia has studied with true passion and which has allowed her to read old compendiums. She is completely at ease when translating it, and feels secretly very proud to have such knowledge.
Antivan: the Nicasius, other than wanting to achieve a position in the Magisterium, are generous patrons of the arts, which sees them involved with art dealers from all over Thedas, especially Antiva, Nevarra and Orlais, so Cilnia had to learn the languages to properly tend to the guests. She has been studying Antivan for a few years, but not as many as to master it.
Chasind: Cilnia arrived to the Chance & Dance company when they were sharing their current living quarters (a cave) with the Chasind, and having read about them and being interested in their culture, Cilnia spoke to a few of them, trying to communicate. Some of it rubbed off on her.
Dalish: she has never been in contact with the Dalish, but if Tevinter citizens are famous for something that's stealing the elves' culture, and so among the masters' collection of arts, Cilnia could find more than a few artifacts and manuscripts in elven. It's never been a pressing matter for her, but she is still interested and has slowly studied it over the years, enough to translate most texts she comes accross.
Orlesian: as with Antivan, Cilnia learned Orlesian to tend to their Orlesian and Nevarran guests and art dealers, which were more numerous than the Antivans (the Nicasius' thought Antivans aren't as classy as their other neighbors). Cilnia herself took a better liking for it, and having studied it for more than 10 years, is very fluent in it.
